Anna Popp

	Anna Popp, 93, of Pacific, Mo., formerly of Dowell, passed away at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2001 at the Pacific Care Center in Pacific, Mo.
	Anna was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.
	She was born April 16, 1907 at Winburne, Penn., the daughter of Paul and Mary (Corban) Maksin.  She married George Popp on March 6, 1924 at Hammond, Ind. and he passed away July 8, 1949.
	 She is survived by one daughter, Irene Perry and husband Kermit of Union, Mo.; two brothers, George Maksin of Dowell and Steve Maksin of Colorado; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
	 She was the daughter-in-law of the late Mike and Esther Popp.
	 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, George Popp; daughter, Vera Popp; three brothers, Mike Maksin, Paul Maksin and John Maksin and two sisters, Sue Robinson and Mary Challet.
	Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Friday, April 6 at the Searby Funeral Home in DuQuoin with Rev. Steve Bareis officiating.
	Friends called from Noon until 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
	Interment was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery at DuQuoin.
